We decided to renovate our bathroom had no idea where to start then up popped James Kidd Projekt Plumbing who was so helpful and polite and calm from the word go. James kept us informed every step of the way, was always punctual with his times and phone calls, his product knowledge and recommendations were absolutely spot on. James spotted a further problem with our header tank plumbing and came up with a solution. James is a very quick neat worker, nothing's too much.

James answered the phone promptly and came out to fix my toilet the next day, he worked with what was there as we have intentions on renovating it shortly, so it didn't need to be pretty. We got him in relocate our kitchen and laundry and he left caps for all the pipes that us as home owner might need to disconnect from, link the dishwasher and washing machine so we can complete the rooms at our own pace.

He also recently swapped my old shower head for a new one. He is great at communicating, gives good quotes and does great work.
